Over the next week, please post your thoughts about Islamists or Americans who support the mosque at Ground Zero.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could post the AP photograph by Richard Drew entitled "The Falling Man."

    Respectfully, Kit Thomas

Well Kit, respectfully I find these types of posts repulsive.

I don't celebrate the memories of those that died on 9/11/2001, nor Dec 7th, 1941. I remember the lives lost and pray for their families to have comfort. I remember the cost to our Nation, and the need to protect our Land.

I think those who support the mosque near Ground Zero have that right. Although I don't support their view.

As to the "Falling Man". One photograph attempting to show a person given to his destruction, out of context with the whole series of photographs taken of his struggle to live, does not faithfully show the horrors that transpired and transfixed us all..

In other words, I think your just stirring the pot...

    Respectfully,

    Jim Chapman

    Jim,

Food won't stick to the bottom if you stir the pot.

Remember, it's a free country: you grieve your way and I'll grieve mine.

    Respectfully, Kit Thomas
