How much do once fired hulls fetch these days? I have around a jillion empty Nitros. Have been away from it for awhile, don't know what they're going for anymore.

    Thanks!

I just bought a 1000 nitros at a gun shop for $39.99 and if you bought them by the 100 they were 6 cents each. I have seen AA hulls go for 4 cents each also but I love the nitros.

I'm still buying "never hit the ground" STS green and Nitro hulls for three cents each. I think what you can get for them will depend on how scarce they are in your potential buyer's location.

Chuck: Good to see you surface!! Hope things are well. 4 cents is the going rate. I have seen STS hulls sell for 5 cents in small quantities and as low as 3 cents in very large volume but 4 cents is a fair price for normal sales.

    Take care, Roger

4 cents seems to be the going rate around here (Silver Dollar area). I buy once-fired, never hit the ground ones for that.

Once in a while, someone will have some for a bit less, but, usually, it's 4 cents.

Switch, the guy I am trying to buy hulls through is not coming through. I will pay 4 cent a hull for 1500 hulls. Let me know please.

Wow, thanks everyone for the reponse.

Hello Roger, hope you're well. I still have thousands of loaded shells I need to shoot up, so I hope to share a trapfield with you somewhere soon.

I'll have figure out how many of these I have and get back to those who sent notes. Guess I'll find my scales and weigh a few. Can anyone say what they weigh each?

    Thanks again,

    cls

    Welcome back Chuck!

Once fired Nitros and STS's are selling $.04 all day long. Don't take any less. $.05 is not out of the question. When the cost of Nitros were $50 a flat, sure $.03 was a fair price. With the regular cost of the shells now pushing $65-70 a flat, it costs you a lot more to aquire those once fired hulls now than it it did a few years ago so don't let anyone kid you about what they are worth. .03 cents is giving them away. I'm not making too much on my other investments right now so if someone has 250,000 once fired STS or Nitros they want to sell me at $.03, I'll take them and turn a quick 25-50% profit on my money with them.

Once fired Nitro,s at .04 is a fair price---I just bought 1200 of them and 250 Gold Medals(ribbed) at .04 and feel like the price was right---You can reload them 7 to 10 times---JMT---SJB---

cls, I have done some homework on hulls vs. weight. A hulls weights around 126 grains so there are approximately 55-56 hulls per pound.
