I shot on the wireless voice release system for the first time tonight at a local gun club, what a joke I was shooting by myself and I'd say a good 15% or more of the targets were late. I wouldn't shoot on them if I had the choice. Just my two cents

WonderBoy, thanks for your comments good or bad. Apparently the club you were shooting at has the sensitivity adjustment in one or all of the transmitters adjusted on the light side. This would explain our system picking up the end of your call. We would appreciate if you let the management know of the problem so they can correct, other shooters might be experiencing the same thing. If they need help, please have them contact our service center, Mike Prell @ 1-513-761-8888 Shoot well

Shotshooter, give me a call at the number below. I don't see why there would be a problem with working something out. Thanks for your interest in our products.

We bought a on time system, and we started using it with our Youth and Ladies
group. I found it easy to operate and trouble free. All you need is fresh batteries, No cables, easy to set up and take down. I'd recoment this system to anyone.

I went back to the club that had the wireless voice releases, there was a guy there adjusting them. He said it depends on how far up on the stand you mount the transmitter. Doesn't sound like thats the fix. I do agree they are easier to set up.

Just curious. What brand of wireless system are they using? Is it On Time? Thanks...

WonderBoy, you are mistaken about brand types. You were shooting off of Canterbury's wireless. They mount their transmitter on the stand so that you can adjust it to send a straight signal to the transciever. If it is not in a straight line, sometimes you have problems due to a weak signal. We transmit up to 65 yards away and it doesn't have to be in a straight line, our transmitters are mounted securely to the base of the stand.
