This is very disconcerting. As it stands right now one can build one's writing credentials by writing and submitting material to an editor who then determines the merits of what is written and chooses to publish or not publish.

One can study a given subject extensively and become a reporter expert on the subject by self teaching, for example, rehabilitation of birds of prey or field dog training. Then one can market the articles written on the subject thus become a freelance journalist.

Frankenfeinstein wants to put a stop to this. You will have to get 'bona fide' by an employer before you put your pen to paper.

Granny evidently is trying to legislate in an area of expertise, again, that she is totally unfamiliar with.

Granny does not want the system to birth another Rush.

    Get the hook.

It's time for Granny to get off the stage or contact her family, 'something has to be done about Granny'.

Nursing homes are filled with people like her and her ilk.

And by the way, there are Junior experts in many fields. Kids begin activities early in life and some are well educated in their chosen field of knowledge by seventeen.

So if Feinstein wants to discriminate expertise by age, I'll use her fine example and here you have it.

You know that is a good point, Rick. This 'base' shooter was said to be a lib. Libs have a 'for the masses mentality'. Food stamps for the masses, insurance for the masses, legislating for the masses. But when things go wrong in their heads, is it picked out on the masses?

Mass shootings = anger at the masses?

Mind the rights of the individual and the rights of the masses will mind themselves.
