White powder wonder, a trade brand name, made by Stevens, look up a 1894 model of Stevens or Savage/Stevens manufacture, and there it is.

Trade brand firearms, are called that because if somebody bought enough of them or paid for the stamping dies to be made they had a firearm with there name on it.
