Born the same year as me. I think I dated her right out of high school......

Or could it have been the "Thousand Stars" that were getting in my eyes!!!!!!!!

    Beautiful lady, fantastic voice.

    Absolutely terrific.

Great song, beautifully sung, by a great and glamorous entertainer.

I went and found it on iTunes...its listed to "Studio Artists" but its the orginal version by Kathy Young and the Innocents. Along the way, I also found another old slow dance song I loved when young....My Angel Baby by Rosie and the Originals.

Thanks for posting...damn, now I'm really lost in memories.

Doo Wop is great music. I have a definitive 4 box set with just about everything in it.

It was for slow dancing, getting a squeeze on a female form, and out in a parked car.

A radio with a "wonder bar" made things much easier.

Jollytrapshooter, I was also born in 1946. I have Ozzy, Led Zeppelin. Guns N Roses, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Sammy Hager, and a few others on CD. Plus I still like the older stuff, mainly cause it reminds me about my youth. Getting older is not all bad cause when you get to be my age, the 60 year old chicks can still be hot and the 18 years olds always look good. You are simply expanding your horizons.
