I'm aware this is a forum for shooters but, since numerous wheelchair shooters frequent this site I seek some help.I amy looking for plans for construction of a wheelchair ramp that I would like to build for a young that has M D. He is only 10yrs, old and already weighs 150# thus the need to have a substantial ramp.If anyone knows where I might look for plans please post. Thanks in advance.

ADA has a federal guide line published.
Look for ADAAG Manual, Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines
Page 40, 1/12 slope or less 30 ft max is base guide line and other related issues come with like hand rails.......

You might also check and see if there is a local AMBUCS chapter in your area. Part of their mission (at least by me) is building wheelchair ramps for people at their homes.
