I have a stars and stripes newspaper dated June 6, 1944 printed in Tripoli. Anyone have an idea of its worth. Would like to sell but could consider the proper museum. All help appreciated.

    Union cracker,

Not sure where you are, but the USS Salem (a Heavy Cruiser) at the Quincy shipyard in Massachusetts has an excellent WWII museum, including a great deal of beautiful firearms, and IMHO would be a very suitable recipient for your S&S. Thanks and good luck.

don't know if it has a lot of $$$ value but surely does have some sentimental value. Nice piece. Think of all the people who would be able to enjoy it if it were to go to a museum.

Over on E-bay looking at 18 recent sales of papers with dates all during the WWII era. Low price was $0.99, high was $12.50. There were a few offerred at $0.99 that recieved no bids.
