Finaly winter is back. snow last night and snow forcasted for nothern MN tonight. I know it isnt enough to ride or even make it through the heat of the day but after waiting all summer to finaly get back on a snowmobile any snow is enough to get me excited. I hope this year has more snow than last but any riding is better than none. Have a great winter!

I'm in northern Minnesota too, and I find it real annoying to have to snap off the frozen muzzle flashes between shots in the dead of winter.

Maryland. PA keeps geeting rain and a large part of their state drains into MD so at least our resevoirs are not too low. So I shouldn't complain, Atlanta is going to run out of water by December if they don't get anything. Still, bad year for crops other than grapes.

You know why god makes grapes grow when other things don't? So you can make wine and forget about the other things! Ziggy

I went out to my favorite hunting spot today to take down a couple of old stands. One spot is on the edge of a pretty good sized swamp, the other is on a low lying drainage area that feeds into the swamp. Both are dryer than a popcorn fart. I'm in Western NY. It's so dry here that all anyone will need to bait deer this year is a glass of water!

I have learned to tolerate a few light frosts, but snow should always be restricted to the North in retaliation for what they did to us.

Can't imagine the horror of living in MN. Jet skis in summer-snowmobiles in winter--pure Hell.
