Are you looking for the kind that are used for scaring birds out of fields?

I knew them as "twin shots" in the 70's. When we were dumb-*** kids, we made our own.

I haven't gotten Shotgun News or Gun List for a few years but there use to be adds in there for them. I'd start by looking in there.

Jeff the box of shell crackers I have were made by
Stoneco Inc. In Trinidad Co. Phone 719-846-2853 fax 719-846-7700, e mail c_stoney61@hotmail.com. These came in a bright orange plastic box if that is what you are looking for. Guy at the club gave them to me not sure where he got them. Hope this helps John

Bigbore613, Read the fine print. These shells are loaded with black powder substitute. They used to be loaded with black powder. In either case, you might be well advised to clean and lubricate the barrel after shooting these shells.

There is or was a company in Port Huron MI called Marshall Hyde INC. That sold cracker shells called SCHRECKPATRONEN (scare cartridges). Years ago I bought a lot of these to use on July 4th. I still have one box of paper shells with 8 shells remaining and 1 box of plastic with 11 shells remaining. Was at a Gun show Saturday and asked the dealer i bought those shells from years ago if it was possible to still get any more. His answer was good luck.
