Anyone had experience with leverage buying of precious metals (gold/silver ) with brokers out of Florida? I have been getting calls off and on for the last couple years but only when the metals are on the up swing, never on the down side. I think metals might be a good place to be but very reluctant to deal with someone 600 miles away and a company that I donot know.

You can go to any local securities broker and get some options.

I have used Monex and Tulving with good results. Tulving is faster shipper and lower premium. Look at platinum, too.

Be carfull, PM's can be like the family pet that bites you when you reach down to pet it.

If you don't hold it, is it really yours?

Gold or silver coins may be a better choice.
