I've jsut upfitted 3 new '08 Durangos for the local law enforcement folks.

We do not know of a supplier for plastic second row seats and have been using a covering for them, which is not working out. Additionally, there is just about zero leg room for anyone put into the second row seats due to the cage between 1st and 2nd rows.

If you or your department are purchasing them through a supplier much like those found in the Crown Vics, I'd be interested in knowing who, etc.

    Thanks in advance.

COLONEL: Thanks. This is exactly what we're looking for.

I've never dealt with SIRENNET, but the link is interesting.

Whiz, having done many ride alongs with L.A. County Sheriff's, you definitely want PLASTIC rear seats. Drunks can make an awful mess. Best reagrds: Fred

    Thanks Fred and Colonel.

Not only were we concerned with the seats (puke, etc.), but the leg roon was terrible with the new cages installed.

I *just* became an AEDEC dealer and have already ordered up one for an install and scrutiny. Nice folks to deal with in Beaverton, OR.

    Thanks immensely for these comments.

Dave, you appear to be in DC. Are you with the PD/SS/CP there?
