    ahh..what you cant do with video these days...i dont know.

    though the 2nd one looks a lil more believable

    I'm not saying this happened, but if you go to airliners.net you will see pictures from st. marteens in the virgin islands where this is possible. The threshold for the runway is about 100' from the beach!! I would imagine they don't allow this type of surfing in the area just because of this risk.

    It's fake (the first one).

    He is holding on to the bar with his hands. The hands will not take a zero to 180 mph acceleration and remain attached to the body.

    With the military the pickup person wears a full harness. And I understand it's a real "E" ticket ride.
