    Out of curiosity. What would a Winchester 1892 or is it a 1894 (friend of mine cleaning it up for me) in 44-40 be worth? The gun is just being cleaned not refinished or reblued. Even have a full box of Remington soft point ammo for it.

    Condition, model, barrel length, cal and year made will tell you how much it is worth. its hard to give you a price without looking at the older guns. But yes it is worth some money.
