I was driving my grand kids around and it just stopped. When you push accelerator it just makes a clicking sound(one time) like a solenoid. Batteries and battery cables are fresh. Doesn't matter if it's in forward or reverse, it does the same thing. Looked for a breaker switch or something of that kind but didn't see one. Thanks for your help. Jackie B.

Sse a volt meter to measuer voltage at the batteries then check at the motor. It should be the same with the pedal depressed. If not check back the the abatteries from there depressing the pedal. Sounds like you may find it's the resistor acitviated by the pedal.
