Ok I was asked to help out identify a few Logo's of company's from the past and present.

I only need to know the answer to number 12, 24, 25, & 28, ok not for sure if number 18 is correct or not.

    <a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v294/foghorn220/doucuments/?action=view&current=LOGOS2.jpg" target="_blank">[IMG]</a>

Figured some of the old timers would reconize them better than me.

Bob did Roll Royce have just the single R as a logo becasue I see on the net it says they have double R's. at the link above.

I know a lot of these Logo's have probably been replaced with newer types.

I will save your answer for number 12.

    Thanks for helping.

twoatlow8 ok I have already have RCA for number 34 which is correct so don't think 12 could be RCA at all.

doublej & timb99 yes yall are correct on number 20 as being Motorala I will change that one thanks.

JOND I looked up the pierce arrow auto's and it was different and also had the name in it.

cle I looked up the Westin Hotels and the W was more common looking and didn't have the long tail on the right but maybe it was an old version of the new one now.

I think this project was suppose to be turned in this evening if so I will have my niece to email me the answers and update them later

    Thanks

12 is not Rolls Royce. There were 2 R's for the Rolls Royce emblem. Up until the time of his death (Mr. Royce) the emblems were with red letters. After his death they switched to the black double R's. Bulge

Sorry just got home from work and just got around to the trap site,

MGeslock I think you might be right about number 25 being Woolco at least the W looks the same.

nspktr1 I looked at the foremost site and of course they didn't have the old logo but the new one looks different for sure.

    <a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v294/foghorn220/Logos/?action=view&current=logo_foremost.gif" target="_blank">[IMG]</a>

So I will count on that one being right.

I also looked at the Rawlings & Greenfield Twist Drills and couldn't tell for sure since I didn't see the old logo's.

    noiceracing:

Ok what kind of racing do you do if it is motocycles then get some studs.

    <a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v294/foghorn220/products/motorcycles-autos-anything%20else/?action=view&current=262-85132R.jpg" target="_blank">[IMG]</a>

I looked at the Woolworth's and it didn't seem to look like it the Woolco logo does look like the big (W),I also went to the gold circle website and couldn't see anything that looked like it but of course most of these are real old logo's.

Barrelbulge I noticed that Rolls Royce always had 2 R's also.

Anyway I should have the correct answers in a day or so because I think Thursday evening was the dead line for the project.
