Hope someone can help me with this. I have an '03' Blazer (Chevy) with a six disc changer in it and the disks will not eject. Anyone know how to get them out? Thanks, Bulge.

Not sure about the hole in a multi-disc changer. Most single disc players in PCs have the hole; the cd player in the Mac laptops have no hole.

    Bulge:
In order of what may be increasing cost:
    0. Google eg "multi disc cd changer doesn't eject".
1.At the risk of sounding fatherly, have you checked the manual?
2.How about a trip to a car stereo installer and ask the tech?
    3.Chevy dealer tech

    Good luck

I also have one that is stuck. You have to remove it and send it to a repair shop.

    I just got an ipod.

I can't give you a solution but I can tell you that this is a problem common to the use of user-burned discs and discs with labels. Factory audio discs are thinner than the discs bought at office supply and other retail stores; thick discs get stuck.

I just went through this with my 04 Chev. Had to have the changer pulled and the disc carrier replaced. $190.00 total. After watching the guy pull the stereo I can tell you it is very simple. The dash piece just pulls out, the large piece that surrounds the speedometer, etc. Then the 4 screws that hold the changer in are readily available. All the electronics are plug in, so no big deal.
