Good use for old primers. OK to substitute Cheddite for Winchester.

Old primers? Write in and get on the mailing lists of some of the anti gun groups. Several times a year they will send you letters asking for donations to their worthy (in their minds) cause. They will include a prepaid return envelope for your donation. Package up 5000 or more once fired primers and seal the box.
Tape the prepaid envelope to the box and send it to them. First class postage for say fifty pounds times 20% of the shotgun shooters in America. We could bankrupt those groups even if they are being bankrolled by George Soros. The Post Office would make a ton of money and would not have to raise postage again.

Any parcel with a prepaid return mailer attached to it simply ends up in the
"Undeliverable" bin. Prepaids have weight/class/content restrictions coded into them to prevent that kind of abuse.

Yeah, that used to be a dandy way to return trash mail to the sender but in late years, my attempt to mail junk back has simply been returned to me.....Bob Dodd

When I was a kid my Dad would give me his old primers to use in my slingshot.

Great slingshot ammo. Do kids still play with slingshots anymore?

Buy 1 1/8 oz wads and drop a FIRED primer in each one to make 1 oz loads.

BiSi, are you kidding me? The kid would have to go outside to shoot a slingshot. Jeff
