Early goose season opens Saturday here also.

Brother and I have 75 acres of wheat stubble that is just full of geese everyday. We let a couple local guys have it for hunting...they are going to have alot of fun on Sat.

Here in Georgia the season opens Saturday at noon. This is clearly my favorite hunting, of course quail hunting comes in a very close second. I intend to use a B80 with a modified choke tube. I will use some reloads my shooting buddies call kaboom shells. LOL I use old AA's loaded with 21 grains of green dot, 1 1/8 oz of 7 1/2's with Claybuster wads. Mostly what I will see will be fly over birds so I want shells that will reach out there. Good luck to you all. Maybe you will scare some down here to me. Jackie B.
