    I've been able to bring 18v batteries back. I found it online. Charge a good one and connect in Parallel to the dead one. After several hours they will both take a charge. Try it it's free. Good luck. George

    110v mig welder will bring them back to life for a while. There's a video on you tube on how to do it.

    MSC Industrial Supply usually has a sale going on also. We bought some at Lowes recently for work.
