Does anyone know how many rounds might be in a wooden case of 7.62x39 ammo?
    I have a green sealed case that measures 14 3/4" x 11 1/2" x 6 1/4" tall. Any idea of what it's worth?

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Mike,
Just measured one, it is 18 1/2 x 11 x 6. Case dimensions seem to be a little off. 1260 is right for this size. Guess I really didn't help at all.

AIM supply sells Yugo surplus cases in wood box for about $200 per 1260.

    Thanks for the info...
No hinge on my lid. It's just stapled shut.

Eddie do those rounds come with stripper clips or is it just loose ammo, 10 to a box or so?

Mine are all boxes of 15. What country is the ammo from? what is the bullet weight?

    Mike,
Using the web site that Shannon provided I found the ammo that I bought, and at a lot better price. The link above should take you to the page. Its 15 rnds to a box, no stripper clips.
