O/T, 1911A1 military barrels value?

    Your 7791193 was made as a replacement barrel for the 1911A1. Probably by Colt prior to 1976. The other barrel was probably a US manufactured barrelby various manufacturer's that was sent to the IMI, (Israel) for replacement in their U.S. purchased .45's.
    The best of the bunch if you can find one is one marked NM 7791414 as it is the Army's National Match barrel used by the AMTU for their target .45's. They used to be plentiful, but have mostly dried up. I used to buy them for abou $40 each, and at that time their was still some NM bushings as well as slides available.
    Them was the daze....
