Well, now. Prisoners taken in Afghanistan are not to be subjected to "harsh language".

Gotta toss 'em back after 96 hours so they can kill us again, too.

That humming you hear is Patton spinning in his grave.

I thought the practice of "catch and release" was done from a boat.

    God help this Nation.

You wouldn't have prisoners if you had "PUFF"

I wonder if the POW count is going to dramatically taper off?

No, Eric, I wasn't kidding, I was being sarcastic. If the guys I used to know had been given the same "rules of engagement" that our boys have to live with today, I can promise you that there wouldn't have been any enemy POWs to worry about. Does the word "OOPS" ring a familiar note?

*POW*-oops. POW is the sound made when a finger slips...sometimes sounds like *BOOM*-oops, depending on what you are holding at the moment.

Darn, I just realized that we probably won't be creating as many useful acronyms. At least we have SNAFU, and FNG, FUBAR, and FUNDY.

Thanks, Recurvyarcher, I was starting to think I was losing my touch.

BTW, can you believe that 96 hour ca-ca. The next thing you know, we'll be giving them smiley face stickers and straight A's on their report cards.

Yeah, I kinda like the ones that contain an "F" somewhere in there. Did you hear the FFF one yet? That tops them all...LOL!!!

Lemme give ya a great big "AMEN" on that!

Oh, well, we'll probably win this thing in spite of the POS. We can always count on "OOPS,BOOM." Over...and out!
