In the past year, the US imported 476000 cars from S.Korea and they imported 6000 from the US. What's wrong with this picture? Lets demand a 1 for 1 deal or else no deal!! They need us. We don't need them or their cars. Larry

The Koreans are extremely chauvanistic (sic). They would not buy an American car when they make their own brands of automibiles. Also, they have a history on not being reliable partners. In fact, the Japanese call them "the snakes of the orient".

Think how many billions of dollars we have spent keeping our troops over there. Pull our troops out and let them deal with their friends to the north if they don't want to be co-operative.

The only reason Obama went over seas is so he could re visit his old alma matter ( where he studied the Muslim religion for three years)

Another "ally" costings us billions we have to borrow. Another "ally" we are supporting militarily, using our nation to dump their products in and then we are told to take a hike on trade agreements. We keep running our country like this and we won't have to worry about being invaded. We will just go broke quicker as a nation. Can we afford such allies any more?

Why are we the only nation that seems to pour money and troops in big numbers all over the world to our "allies" only to repeatedly crapped on while other members of the G7 nations don't see the need for this? Can we afford to be the savior of the world anymore? We are a nation in deep debt and this only accelerates our problems.
