The North Jersey Clay Target Club in Fairfield NJ will be hosting the NJ Northern Zone shoot on 9/21,22&23.

The program will be as follows beginning at 9:00am each day:

9/21 - 100 each Singles and Handicap, and 50pr doubles - Open Trophies

9/22 - 200 Championship Singles - Zone and Open Trophies

9/23 - 100 Championship Handicap and 50pr Championship Doubles - Zone and Open Trophies

Saturdays event will include the "original" pig roast lunch for participating shooters, and will be available for purchase by non-shooters

Lunch will also be available for purchase on Friday and Sunday as well.
We have some nice trophies and all traps will be tuned up and set by Vince before the weekend so we will have great targets and great shooting, hope to see everyone out there.

Northern Zone shooters: in order to qualify to be on the Northern Team at next years State shoot, you must shoot the 200 singles this Saturday at the Northern Zone. So everybody get there, Let's stop fooling around, it's time to bring the trophy home. "ARE YOU TO GOOD FOR YOUR HOME" sorry, it was right there.

not even close, The river was so low we could probably handle another 8 inches of rain. The weather looks great for this weekend.

First day is by the boards. Everything went great. Fantastic targets. great volunteer help and food. Tomorrow, free pig roast to all participants also available to visitors at a minimal cost. Attendance was way up for this preliminary day. Scores and entry numbers are posted on the TS score board. First time ever that the last part of the shoot was held under lights.

I would like to thank everyone who participated and especially everyone who helped out over the weekend. I'm thrilled to report that we had record numbers for the shoot. I would also like to thank everyone for their patience on Friday & Saturday. As you know, we are a small club and this shoot has really grown. We have already started brain storming to come up with a plan for next year. I hope to see everyone at our Club Championship on October 21. We have tons of great tropies for club members and open. Don't forget about the food. The North Jersey kitchen has earned it's reputation, come see for yourself.
Finally, BIG UPS to Vic Savoia who shot his a** off this weekend. Great job Vic!!
    Thanks Again, Angelo D'Alessio
