He could very well be the most powerful man in the world if he is elected. Commander of the world's most powerful military, nominate 2-3 future SC judges, make decisions that affect the direction of our economy and life style.

    And you don't care.

I do care enough to get Obummer out of office. Newt is probably better than Mitt. It is just such a long time and so much B as in B and S as in S until Nov. Don't you get sick of the lies and half truths, I sure do. We ought to limit the whole campaign to 30 days. Just think how much money is spent campaigning for a year or more. These people all have jobs that the were elected to do. I don't think any are on vacation or have taken leave of absence.

Romney not winning in NC is the best news, along with his not winning in Iowa.

The sooner someone knocks off his chances the better. We do not need to be represented by a liberal gun banner who champions the socialist welfare state and flip-flops like John Kerry.

An unverifiable electronic election. Just the same, Tax evading, gun grabbing, political rat Romney deserves something other than the Whitehouse.

Romney, Newt, or Santorum....all have more experience than a community organizer that voted "present" in the senate!

Frank C, Heres a bit of reading about Mitt's Adventures in corporatism.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bruce-judson/mitt-romney-offshore-accounts_b_1214591.

"There is nothing patriotic about parking money earned by "creating jobs" in offshore funds. It is fundamentally an unpatriotic act. You are knowingly taking your activities outside of the jurisdiction of the United States. How can Romney possibly defend this action?" Bruce Judson

Yes, It clearly says "Huffington Post".

Gunn, Should I give FAUX NEWS your private number?

    (just kidding, OK?)

    EDIT:
Although it is not apparent on his financial disclosure form, Mitt Romney has millions of dollars of his personal wealth in investment funds set up in the Cayman Islands, a notorious Caribbean tax haven.- With reference given to ABC news.

Sad that tincan is jealous of successful people like Romney. Why should Romney have to appologize for making money?- only in looney leftist land is being rich a bad thing.

Nothing illegal about his Cayman accounts. I suppose if you had his money would put it somewhere where it made a minimum amount of interest? Or would you maximize your return?

Will vote for a rock in the driveway over what we have now, but am not making any major investments with Newt in the possible driver's seat. Don't think he can beat Obama and that is all, all, all that matters, and I was a democrat during my undergraduate days. Getting an MBA and doing your own tax returns straightens out your thinking.

Nothing illegal about NAFTA either. Just stand in line at the food bank and enjoy your new 'position'.

    or this...

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/mitt-romneys-millions-cayman-island-offshore-tax-havens

In conclusion all we can say is that just like our Treasury Secretary, who almost did not get appointed to the job after it was discovered he cheated on his taxes, only to blame it on TurboTax software, the next great tax avoidance symbol will be none other than America's next possible president. Only this time we fail to see how TurboTax - the Offshore Tax Avoidance EditionTM will get the blame.

Which only confirms, once again, that America always and forever, will get precisely the president it so richly deserves. Zero hedge.

Looks like Newty getting Snooty at the debate won him the primary election in S.C. Hard to believe the religious right would sacrifice morals, and ethics and vote for a hipocrite like him. Forgivness is one thing but to need it every other week is kind of asking to much, don't you think? Looks like the Reps. aren't the moral high ground party afterall. Oh, I forgot these are politicans we are talking about. They have no morals. Sorry.
