The "News Journal" a paper in Westchester NY has published the names and addresses of all handgun permit holders in the area, along with a detailed map of homes in the region. It supposedly gained the names from local court documents. Well, I guess the BOZOS don't realized they put everyone at risk but the NON gun owers are even more so! Now the crooks and bad guys know who DOESN'T have one! Some enraged gun owners have threatend to pulish names and address of the newspaper editors, which I HOPE they DO! Idiot brain dead liberals!!!

They really didn't have to put too much work into compiling the list, NYS pistol permits are public record and can be searched on the internet with very little effort.

Maybe so, but a newspaper publishing them with an attached map is a really stupid idea! Like I said I can only hope the gunnies follow through and get the names and addreses of the editors out to the public!

Perhaps they should try that in Florida--we recently (last week) reached 1,000,000+ ccw permit holders. Remember every street has a "gunfree" home--as long as you don't get the wrong address.

You know folks that save hundreds of dollars at Gieco are happy?

    How happy Jimmy?

Not as happy as burglers with a map of gun free homes.

    Jeez.....We are surrounded by idiots.

Do you really think the editors and journalist will publish their own names and addresses?

Sauce for the goose or, home address and phone number of Journal-News publisher

    Janet Hasson, publisher, Journal News

Janet Hasson, 3 Gate House Lane, Mamaroneck, NY 10534.

Phone number: (248) 594-2197; you might also try (914) 525-1923, but the area code is just a guess on the assumption that this number is a land line.

Time to cancel subscriptions and write letters to their advertisers you know of that you are boycotting their businesses because of this outrageous infringement. This again proves the liberal left will go to any extremes to force their agenda on anyone who disagrees. More than one liberal rag has ceased publications because of cancelled subscriptions. ed nichols

    Joe P has it right.

Just look for the "anti-gun": journalist in your area.

Post their name, address, phone, etc.

A sign placed in their front yard "this house contains no firearms - home invaders welcomed" might be a worthy afternoon adventure...

People need to watch how they handle any response.

Keep it civil if you telephone or email, and if you happen to be driving by the house, don't stop or yell out, just toot the horn and move on!

A good idea would be to take out a half page in the local paper, and inform the general public with a list of homes unprotected by guns.

After the burglary rate skyrockets you may see a different mindset.

The link will tell you what happens when you encourage responsible gun ownership.

FOX news just ran this story. FOX is by far the most unbiased media. Gannett newspapers are controlled by liberals as are ABC, CBS and NBC. By the way, another tactic may be to write thank you letters to the paper saying their efforts to show gun owners homes may keep home invaders away. Egg on their face? ed nichols

    What a public service...!!!!!!!!11
They have done EVERY potential BURGLAR a HUGE favor by identifying those residences that are UNARMED..!!!!
    What a deal...!!!!
Hope it works out well for all concerned.
The burglars may rob and terrorize at will with a guarantee of NO ARMED RESISTANCE....and the paper will have the comfort of knowing they HELPED to make sure no Criminal was injured. What a nice thing for them to have done.
Of course...in the event any innocent homeowner is brutally beaten, raped, or God Forbid..killed...that won't be the paper's fault.

    Almost unbelievable!

And of course you can do the google actual photo of the house by using street view. But this is the price we are paying when tech and freedom mix. More bullets......

The talking "Air Head" that fox used to balance the talk this morning (about the article), against the left tilting attorney did nothing but trip over her feet. I hate when they bring in someone that cannot speak up about the truth, or speak at all. It could have been a good little debate, I was screaming at the TV.
