Please, let me explain. With-in each zone there is a president v.p. sec. and tres. I realize this and I know that Jeff was elected v.p. with-in our zone. It looked to me that blacklab was asking who the Central Zone V.P. was that is a serving member on the E.C. That election has not been held yet. That will be done at next years grand. Therefore, either I was mistaken with the question BLACKLAB was asking or Neil was. If it was me then I am sorry for the post. I just didn't want people to think that Jeff was a member of the E.C. yet. That won't be decided until next year. Thanks

It works like this. There are Five ATA Vice-Presidents and one acts as president and that me, this year. There are five zones as well, and I am the President of the Zone (though ATA VP) and there is a zone VP and that's Jeff.

Next year I'm going to be humanely pastured and the Central Zone will elect a new president, who, on the evening of the BOD meeting, will become the new ATA VP from the Central Zone. Someone will fill the office of Zone VP as well.

There will be a new rule book in a month, Jimmy, I think I can just let this one fade into history without fixing the problems you have pointed out. No one reads it anyway and you know that . . .
