I just got home from the hospital this morning after getting a total knee replacement on the left knee last Thursday. The surgery went very well. Gotta heal up so I can get back to the game....

Hi Ron, Glad to see your doing well. I'm in my 7th week and seems like I am mending so slow and have not gotten the motion I expected as yet. When pushed my best has been 114 degrees but generally it's around 105. A couple of important things I want to remind you of is to be sure to get some stool softner tablets and take two every morning. You will only need to get constipated once to realize the problem it can be. Always take a pain pill one hour prior to therapy and don't be afraid to take the pain pills especially the first month. I'm riding my stationary bike for 15 minutes each day and try to double the other exercises. If I can answer any questions just message me as I will see that sooner. Good luck. Jackie B.

    Hi Ron

Glad to hear you are back home. Everyone asked about you yesterday.

I told them you were on a drunk. (kidding)

It was a tough day weather wise but there were 10 squads.

The food was excellent I think we all had a good time.

Follow your Doc's orders and we will see you on the line.

    Shawn

Franktri - I know for sure I don't have a hip in my third leg. Are you some kind of biological mutation that has developed the need for a hip on the middle appendage?
