Before buying anything made in Turkey (or any off-shore manufacturer, for that matter), ask to see the seller's supply of spare and repair parts.

    'Nuff said!

The low line Stevens double barrel guns are made in Turkey. I bought a 20 gauge for the Mrs., Mostly because I knew she would shoot skeet less than 6 times. She shot twice. I now use it for the grandkids. The fit and finish is pretty mediocure, I have had to work on the reciever and barrel as well as the latch to make it operate reliably. The stock looks pretty good and it shoots fine. I would want to see the new gun in person before I would make a purchase.
