The gun is called the Impact. Looks like a combo gun.Looks like some big changes to the gun.

    Earl,

They are already out. I have shot one and they are a very nice feelin' gun. The unsingle barrel will be a nice addition, but I have no reason why the need for it. I can break targets from anywhere with the O/U.

The impact was designed as a O/U that can be used for trap, skeet
and sporting. The POI is adjustable from 50/50 to 90% high. Also has
a adjustable comb and point-of-balance can be changed by moving
    weights under the rib.

    Earl,

The rib isn't quite as high as that on the trap model. skybuster is spot on about the rest. They are only available in 2 models, The Summit and the Maxum. The Summit is dark blued rather than the lighter bluing found on the trap model. It's available only in 32" barrels as the demand for the 30" barrels is almost non-existant.

The unsingle is supposed to be available by April but I've heard it is going to be available a little sooner. It's the same as the Trap barrel, but with a matching rib height to that of the O/U's.

I handled a Summit Trap at my local dealer. He has the 34" Unsingle. Nice!
He`s supposed to be getting a Summit Impact in "Any Day."
Can`t wait to check it out.

    Regards, Pete

Visited CG last month, John put one together for me so I could handle it. Looks like a versatile 1 gun do it all setup. The one thing I can say about CG is they have excellent customer service, I own Brownings, Berettas, SKB's no one comes close to CG when it comes to taking care of the customer.
