    The TS web site box won't let me put in the whole URL address. I know some of you like published data and Kevin sometimes forgets to post, so this helps all of us out. Next time I will locate the file in a shorter address. You may copy and paste it in your browser if you want the table in a .pdf formated file. Hope your snow is melted. Omaha

    When you run up against a URL that's too long to fit the box, use a "url shortener" to create a redirect that fits easily.
