    So why isnt america competitive?

    Gene I'm not wasting anyones time. I'm just sitting here spending money from my military contract. Matter of fact I may just order another 50 flats of AAs courtesy of your tax dollars. Jim

    Or were you a technician -- with reserve or guard committments?

    I bet hes another teacher or a edjucator collectin a govt pension
