    Reagan, the last great president.

Looking back, Reagan basically stood alone against the far left in the 80s. The Big 3 news networks ABC, CBS, NBC (Jennings, Rather, Brokaw) were in their salad days, and they hated the man. CNN (Commie News Network) had just begun the year Reagan was elected in 1980 and they were the only cable news at the time. Big Print Media (NYT, WP, LAT, CT) all despised the man. There was no talk radio, no internet, no way around the leftist filtered news media. They (commies, leftist, socialist, fascists, etal)controlled the news - lock, stock and barrel. Any yet one man fought em to a standstill - RR. Sure they got a few blows in and wore him down, but he always stood for his principals. Just think if he would've had some help.

If he hadn't been shot he'd have wiped the leftists from this country if not the world. He had an optimism that still amazes me.

I agree. The last great President. Not many with character like that today.

We'll really miss Ronnie after what Congress does to America's future this weekend. Definitely the best President of my lifetime.

This whole healthcare thing is not making sense. I don't hear big business complain about healthcare, I don't hear insurance companies complain. I don't hear the blacks complain. The only complaints I hear are from the hard working people asking for a decent wage to live and let live. They don't ask anything of anybody just because they have it. The real taxpayer and working man stands up when danger call on america. When the danger is over he goes back to work to live and let live.

I have to look at this as the lazy bastards that want something from the ones that worked hard for what they got. Help people who was in need not people who wouldn't do. As I said before the day of reckenon very close.

Large companies are looking to cut the wages they pay by 50%. Not pay for any medial benifits. They see a great way to cut everything and everybody without cutting their prices to the end customer. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
