Sounds like their answer to Hodgdon Longshot. I wondered why none of the other companies came out with something that was close to it before now.

Ya,as much of a loyal supporter i am of Alliant
it is sad to see em playin "me too" to Hodgdon,
1st with the Clay Dot, now with this.
But to Alliant's credit, they we're the 1st out with STEEL powder,
hodgdon has nothing to match that.

Does anyone know the relative quickness of this new powder? I am guessing that it is somewhere between Green Dot and Unique, probably closer to Green Dot. Thanks, gjmen

Why in the world would you introduce a powder for trapshooters and not put any information regarding loads. I was like Rock, went and looked on website and found nothing. I think ineptness is very pervasive in most of our corporations.

There's a lot of hype. No powder or data to be found yet. Alliant can't even say when. (I asked a few months ago too)

abiezer- Alliant does make a close copy of Clays called Clay Dot, but the Australian's many years ago visited the Alliant plant and the Alliant powder chemists told them how to make Clays powder over lunch.

It is my understanding that Pro Reach is not yet available for the retail market.
