I have a friend in need of a firing pin for a Winchester 101. He only needs one, and says the upper and lower are the same.

Would anyone have one for sale, or know of a good source?

    Thanks,
    Jim

harleypilot try Nuline at the above address it says $20 it also say on the home page that a gunsmith is required to fit and install.

Of course it doesn't say that you have to use their gunsmith. Check it out and good luck.

I think Midwest gunworks has what you need. There are part numbers for both upper and lower pins so your friend may wish to do his own research.

harleypilot I also checked Numrich Gun Parts Corp. they have 101 firing pins for $35 and change for a set of 2. BTW the pins I listed above at Nuline are also listed as different # for upper and lower barrels.

A little advice to your friend would be check on his information about being the same.
