1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Yep, Whiz has them, J&P gun springs, Marcello Guiliani and others. All about the same price if I recall.

Give Dan a call at Giacomo Sporting. They're the best you'll find when it comes to Perazzi repair and service. MX8 hammer springs aren't too expensive and easy to change yourself. You'll have one in a few days.

I would replace both springs now and carry a spare of each also.

I have shot P guns since 1987 and have broken 2 springs, not a high failure item, but if you carry a spare it doesn't ruin your day.

    Ray,

Marcello's kit is as good of a deal as you can get, he ships quickly also.

His kit should come with 2 leaf springs, 2 firing pins and return springs and a hammer spring install tool. Check his website to verify. You can also order replacement springs also to have a spare.

    Good luck,
