Need Parts For Marlin 17 cal. MK ll

    A friend of mind needs some parts for a Marlin 17 cal. The part needed is magazine bracket the part that ho;ds clip in the gun. Any infor. would help. Thanks Rick

    Are you sure it's a MKII Marlin?

    Yes it is the short case shell. The gun was only made 2 1/2 years. 2005 start year.

    I think "hippie" has it right. It's probably the "Mach II/Mach 2". I know both Ruger and Savage have a MKII(Mark II) but i have never heard of a Marlin MKII.

    Good job hippie, Marlin made a 917 Mach 2 and a 917 M2S (stainless). The MK II was a little confusing. Click the link for gun parts.

    FYI...the part you need is the same one that works on the similiar model gun in 22LR..the Mach2 even uses standard 22LR magazines
