I have been using the old, aluminum reservoir bases (tall ones with the removable bushing access holes) and machining them to accept the EZ-Fill hopper.

These aluminum bases replace the black plastic bases shipped with the EZ-Fill hoppers. The plastic has had some issues with warping, and static electricity in dry climates. Additionally, on occasion a reloader will screw down the two plastic screws located above the rack gear and this will add to the warping effect.

I am looking to buy the original aluminum bases, but must be the taller ones.

I will even machine-down yours for a small fee and your EZ-Fill hopper simply sets right down onto this newly machined base.

Let me know via email if you have some to get rid of. Thanks.

Great idea Whiz and much needed. Unfortunately those old bases are getting increasingly difficult to find!!
