The late Floyd Nattrass invented a sight called the Super Sighter which was basically an elevated front bead and a corresponding raised comb on the stock. This helped a one-eyed shooter hold a higher gun over the traphouse since the barrel would not obscure the shooters view of the target. Don Carey maker of the Carey Comb has developed an offset sighting device called the "Side Sighter" which is for shooters who have lost vision in their master eye. There was in AD in Trap & Field or maybe a Google Search for Carey Comb will get your reference.

I read an article over Christmas on custom stocks made for that purpose. They used to be made for muzzleloaders and now they are also produced for shotguns as well. I believe they are called "cross-eyed stocks". Check with your local gunsmith.
