    I just bought a model 12 with a 32" full choked barrel.
It has a vent rib but, is not stamped "trap".
Is a 32" barrel uncommom on these guns?

    thanks,
    Mark

I looked in the Blue book and it has the standard with a 32", the heavy duck gun with a 32". Your gun could be a number of models. The trap section did not say what barrel length were. Go to the book store, Library and find a book on them. Without seeing the gun its hard to know what you have.

Yeah, tough to tell. Model 12s could be ordered in any set-up desired too. I think there's a lot more 30s than 32s out there though. Hap

Not all mod12 were marked trap and I guess the numbers match on your 12 Jon

Factory 32" VR trap guns are not very common nor are the 32" Duck Guns. Does your gun have a Factory VR or is it an after market rib such as a Siommons?
