1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

All the ones I have seen around here were made by guys with the resources. If you had more time it would be easy.

There are several sizes depending on your usage. the .22 cal ones are dinky, the Hunter's Pistol ones are normal, and the Long range Rifle are large.

The above link is to the rule book and has grid templates you can use.

This guy makes a lot of different metallic silhouette targets. I have several of his rimfire & airgun sets. I have found him to be good to deal with, and he stands by his products.

As one who has taken quite a bit of training with Action Target, I use their PT Static Targets for my personal training and applicable classes.

They are lifetime targets when used as recommended. One can engage them from 6 feet or so and not get splashed. They are impervious to repeated impact from Big Bore handguns and Buckshot.

I have seven of them, and that is more than sufficient for most any class. Three of them should suffice for personal training.

Go to Commercial Ranges, and look at Portable Targets, Overview, then Static targets.

The shooter at the beginning of the clips is Bank Miller, one of the best Law Enforcement trainers in the world, my peer, trainer, and personal friend.
