I'm positive it's SR. The first letter looks nothing like an A but thanks.

Why not try Krieghoff International in Pennsyvania; 610-847-5173.

I may be able to help. Please post a picture of the signatures. Are signatures on K32, K80 or Krieghoff rifle.

It is on a K-32. The initials are in the lower, left corner behind the safety. The gun has an 11,xxx serial number but when I called KI, they told me their K-32 records only go to 10,xxx serial numbers???

These are signatures of Schmid Roland NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH Schmidt Roland. They are two different engravers. Schmidt Roland is a freelance engravers who works for different gunmakers and signs his name as R. Schmidt.

Yes. Looks like your gun is a European model. Enjoy....

What would a ballpark value be? It is in immaculate condition, has unique engraving scenes on both sides, and has 28" barrels.

Well, it depends on the engraving, wood and how much the gun has been used. It is hard to assess price without having all the information.

Pretty much basic wood, the engraving is very good, and the gun has not been used much at all. Would $4,000 be a good price to buy it for?
