    Dick;

    I've been watching this thread with interest, hoping you'd get several responses, because I need one too (I want one to paint to match my pfs).

    The only thing I can think of is to buy a used full wood set (stock and forend), and then keep the forend and sell the stock.

    I have a used forearm that has a repaired crack that would be suitable
    for painting. I will sell for $30.00, shipping included.

    For the shooters that need a fore end, I'll call Beretta in the morning and see what they have in inventory. Send me your email addresses

    I can get the forearm for you. Do you need the Trap or the Sporting version? Both are available. Now this is just the wood, no iron or anything. With shipping to me from Beretta ( they won't drop ship) $135.00 plus shipping to you. Should not cost more than $8.00. Should take about five days to get it in from Beretta and then say three days to you.

    To Mike B: Thanks anyways, but I think I'll keep looking for a used one. Since I'm going to paint it, it's hard for me to justify buying a new one.

    To MIA: let me know - I'll keep watching the thread.

    To aimless: I'll send you some email in a minute

    To samples: sorry for hijacking your thread...
