Unbelievable courage from our Navy Seals and Special Forces to get Bin Laden. Seems Pakistan knew he was there. How could they not know? We trust this country with a bomb and send them 20 billion in aid.

True(courage big time but that is what these guys do) and we could have also been in danger by Pakistani forces as well

    Regards from Iowa

    Earl,

I'm an Army guy but came from Special Operations also. What those guys do is to allow all the fu&%*g democrats (never capitalized) in this great nation to sleep well at night. The Navy SEALS protect all those useless, selfish, unappreciative bastards that damn them behind their back or in the newspaper and never ask a thing in return except a little respect. Sometimes we need to just let our U.S. military do their jobs and not ask questions about the results or how they were accomplished.

    Thanks for posting this Earl.

Jon Reitz is 100% right on! We could never pay our special ops guys enough for what they do, but they do it out of love for our country. These guys are all heroic beyond description.

Brennan, the Assistant Counter-Terrorism Chief referred to the Seals as "the assaulters" when speaking of the operation this morning. Guess his teleprompter was down as well.

The leader of Libia should be next. Why play games. He killed innocent people.

    Yeah, I think the statement was: "Don't _ _ _ _ with the U.S.A.!"

This is for twotimer, who do the Marines call for when they stop a bullet??? first thing you hear is "Corpsman up" I am a retired Navy Corpsman with several years in the FMF Fleet Marine Force for those unaware of those 3 letters. In any case the Seals did a helluva job.

Woody, just a little in service rivilary, nothing more! We all had a job to do and we did it. If you are retired you may go back to my era. 68-72. Woody, what you said is all true! Mike

With all due respect, these heroes are not "seals." They are called SEALs for obvious reasons. Thanks, George

TwoTimer, you should have been at our reunion last year, I was the only corpsman among about 40 or so Marines from Second Recon Bn. Had a helluva time. I have the greatest respect for the Marines, my Grandson is a Sgt of Marines, he did that at my urging and loves it just like I did so many years ago. I was in from 1956 to 1976. Best duty I had was with the Marines. Woody Sullivan
