uh-huh... and what does SGT Hancock do when he's not practicin' or competing...

It's just an old question. our military boxers and shooters were winning Olympic medals back when track athletes were starving. Fully subsidized, while we complained about the Russki's being pro's lol

The Olympic braintrust will probably end this sport too because the Americans are dominating it

The Olympic Committee is about as useless as the United Nations!

Yeah, but politics aside, it is truly a breath of fresh air to see how excellent and committed these young shooters are.
Kim, Vincent, along with all the Trap Champions.

    WAIT!!!

Both shooters won by a respectable margin???

Make them shoot from further back. Make the target smaller for the winners. Break their fingers...

    You know the pitch.

Incidentally, sincere congratulations to the champs and good for them!

The good news is that old Frog on the IOC finally croaked - he hated women shooters doing well. The IOC in general has little time for women shooters and that will likely not change.

And if the US folks keep shooting like they are I'd guess we could see some rule changes. Fortunately the IOC aren't stupid enough to look for more concrete. They'll just go for less lead again.

I'll bite on this. I don't care if it's a 20ga with 1/2oz loads, a good shot is a good shot. Just seems to me that the best always seem to rise to the occasion. But that's just my opinion.
