    I too have a K-Bar. My brother got it for me at the PX on Camp Lejune circa 2005. Although it has not skinned as many deer as I'd like, I use it for all my hunting.

    I have a couple of the ones that I got back in the middle 60's black case and the ones that the marines used. They are as a good a knife as you can get and stay sharp a long time, cleaned many a deer and one elk with it.

    It still looks good, don't have a picture of it or know how to put on the site.
