I allways like the looks and feel of a leather recoil pad, so my old hunting gun needed a new pad so I desided to do a leather cover pad and here are some pictures. Dont laugh because it is on my left hand Benelli.

Your plugs need a little tweaking. What material do you use for plugs?

Eightbore you are rite, I made a mark on the leather plug on the top screw. I have made a replacement for it. I made them from close cell foam and covered it in leather. Remember it is only the 2nd one that I have done and no one show me how to do this, I am hopeing to get better as I go these are my guns not customers. I welcome any one who can give me some pointers. thanks Ronnie
