New pics in my last post! 12/4/11

    Jerry

Well in my trek to find a gun for my other half lighter then her Citori, I bought an older BT99 that already had been cut down. Well she couldnt hit with it and said shes sticking with the Citori.

Well now what? I decided to have it rebuilt(jimbo9910) and that I would have wood glued back on and start a project to make it DIFFERENT. I wanted a palm swell

After hours of playing around primeing filling and sanding I decided to cut the comb as well(jimbo9910). Now thats ok but after useing the bodo and what not I wanted a different color. No BLACK all I can think is plactic stock when I see them. I chose a decent decent color that I can look at the rack and see it. Its not pefect BUT its mine and shes not getting it back now lmao!!!!

Off to try it out shortly.

Your gun looks great! The picture of the final color does not give it justice...it's so much better in person!

As you said it may not be perfect but you put a lot of time and effort into it. And who cares wat it looks like as long as you can shoot it. It looks pretty good to me. BYG

My favorite color. My wife hates that color so I have nothing in it at home.

    Thanks Dave in SC!!!

I did try this gun twice after posting a 99 at the Grand in the COC with the Citori.

My 1st score was a zero and the second a 16. The trigger timing in NOT like my Citori and I gave it back...quickly!

The thought of Jerry trying to find me a lighter gun is commendable and appreciated.

I took the Citori to Busti with the thought of if I can't hit a score better than the BT, I would give the BT another try...I had a 25, so Jerry began his project!

Have a great Christmas season and we both look forward to seeing your posts!

Tried to put flames on last night. Had a few moments of foul words but only like 50 minutes or so. Seems the paint I used is a bit thin and didnt stick well and the clear coat didnt offer much protection as well. I used Rustoleum Primer so its getting redone in Rustoleum paints and clear coat now pictures will be up when it gets another makeover.

Well here it is my second try at this. I am impressed with my first flame job ever. Now I know what its like when this on goes bad the next wont be as tough.

Thanks all!!! The challenge was fun, and learning what goes into a flame job well thats all in my head next time(if and when this goes bad) will be multiple color flames.

This hasnt gone to the clubs yet, I probly will be talking more then shooting it.

But definately wont be another 1 in the rack!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well still not done. I just cut a piece of aluminum 3/4in tall for a rib. Not sure if drilled or milled but pics will be up when it goes on.
