Well with only 43 days left in the current target year I am happy to see that I am currently tied with Harlan Campbell for first place on the Men's All American Team.

Check out the points totals and see how you stack up with the BIG DOGS. Brad Dysinger there is still time for you to pickup a gun and make the team.

Good job, but I believe Harlan has shot more than 1100 single targets this year though.

I am trying to figure out how you are tied? Not trying to be rude, but I don't see how this is possible with your average.

    You 2012 1100 97.18% 1500 89.80% 100 80.00% AA25.5C

    Harlan 2012 5000 99.60% 5300 95.57% 3900 98.62% AAA27AAA

I also tried to Google somewhere I could actually see a list of all 2012 All Americans but couldn't find any.

    **edit**

Found it, but Harlan has 3003 All American points.

I just checked the ATA shooter info site and checked my name and Harlan's name and the screen showed no results. I'm just wondering where I cand find the AA points?

Calkidd, thanks for the information from last year. This was a tongue in cheek posting to let folks know that no AA points have been posted on the ATA webpage for the 2012 target year. If I just came out and made this type of statement I would get flamed. But the good news is that all the shooters are tied for first place on the 2013 AA team according to the ATA webpage.

I would have never gotten that from your thread. Sorry, I guess it went right over my head.

And those figures are NOT last years. Those are 2012 target scores and the link is 2012 teams.

Calkidd the 2012 AA teams were selected from the 2011 shooting year. Which ran from Sept 2010 to Sept 2011 and yes Harlan is listed as having 3003 AA points. What Roger is commenting on is where are the 2012 AA points standings that will be used to select the 2013 AA teams when the target year is completed? In previous years the points totals were up dated as the year progressed so shooters who were in contention for a spot on a team could see where they stood. Up untill now I have been unable to find any info on the 2012 points that will be used to select the 2013 AA teams.

So what did the ATA say when you asked them where you rank in the All American Points standings? You did call the ATA right?

What is really sad is that he kicked my ass this year and I will probably owe him a flat of shells unless I pick it up real quick and hard! Tom Rhoads

Thanks Tom. I want a case of Super Handicap 7.5 shot size. You can settle up with me at the Cardinal. I have arranged to have an awards ceremony and a photo op since this does not happen very often.

    Roger,

Why not call them? You know just because that website does not have the AA points does not mean they do not exist. My understanding is they are having software issues with the added categories. Personally I view your thread as another attempt to belittle the ATA. How did you check/track your AA points before the shootata website existed?
